Plaintiff in error was convicted of murder, in the second degree, of his wife, with a maximum prison sentence of twenty years. He appeals and challenges the sufficiency of the evidence of guilt, the proof of venue, the corpus delicti and the admission of certain testimony. The parties had been married seven or eight years and had two living children.
