The appellant, R. V. Hill, was convicted of the crime of grand larceny and sentenced to the penitentiary for a period of one year, from which judgment he appeals.
The appellant first contends that the indictment is insufficient and defective in that it fails to comply with the provisions of Section 26 of the Mississippi Constitution, which requires that the defendant shall be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation against him.
