Rine, District Judge.
The appellants, Camilla Bell Shelby and A. M. Shelby, brought a suit in the district court for Lincoln county, Nebraska, against the appellee, Platte Valley Public Power and Irrigation District, which will be hereinafter referred to as the District. The District at all times involved in this suit was and is now a corporation duly organized as a public power and irrigation district.
