TYSON, Judge.
The Grand Jury of Lee County, Alabama, charged Norman Barnett with the unlawful sale of Methylenedioxy Ampheta mine (MDA) in violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act. 1
The Jury found the appellant guilty as charged, but declined to assess a fine, as provided in the Act, and the trial court sentenced the appellant to fifteen years imprisonment.
