MEMORANDUM OPINION
MICHAEL, Senior District Judge.
The issue in this case is whether a sum paid to the plaintiff as part of a worker’s compensation settlement should offset the plaintiffs social security disability benefits, when the settlement specifically allocated that sum to be used for future vocational rehabilitation. An Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) found that the sum should reduce the plaintiffs disability benefits.
