Mrs. Lila Berry, the appellee, was the owner of a frame dwelling house with a garage and barn adjoining, located on lot No. 38 in Lake City. The appellant Phillips Petroleum Company occupied a part of lot No. 38, adjacent to Mrs. Berry’s property as a “bulk sales station” for the storing and distribution of petroleum oil products. On that part of the lot owned by the appellant was a frame building, part of which was used for storing motor oil and other lubricants and a part was used for the purpose of driving trucks into it and loading them with gasoline and coal oil from tanks situated…
