The plaintiff has recovered judgment against the defendant Paper Company for some $9,000. The Paper Com pany have not paid the judgment and have no property upon which a levy can be made, but they hold a policy of insurance issued by the defendant Insurance Company covering their liability for the injury which constituted the plaintiff’s cause of .action, to the extent of $5,000.
