SADLER, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order entered in a proceeding instituted by the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railway Company, as petitioner, in the district court of Eddy county to secure a correction of the tax rolls of said county for the year 1933, by striking therefrom a certain levy against all the property of petitioner. No one is named as defendant or respondent in the petition filed, but upon filing of the petition an order to show cause was issued against the district attorney for Eddy county, the county treasurer, and the Board of County Commissioners of said county,…
