Plaintiff James F. Tobin and the other named plaintiffs are members of Local 501 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“IBEW”). The defendants include Local 501’s parent union, the IBEW; J.J. Barry, Vice President of the IBEW; and Local 1249 of the IBEW. Additional defendants are the Yonkers Contracting Co., Inc.
