Plaintiff petitioned the court to obtain custody of the two minor children of the parties which, in the stipulation entered into in the divorce between the parties, had been awarded to the defendant. Hearing was held before the Trial Court (Douglas, J.) who granted the petition of the plaintiff and ordered transfer of the custody of the children to the plaintiff. Defendant’s exceptions, including her exception to the denial of a motion to set aside the court’s order, were reserved and transferred by the trial court.
