— Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (Lawrence, J.), both rendered August 6, 1985, convicting him of assault in the first degree and assault in the second degree under indictment No. 57804, and resisting arrest, escape in the third degree, and criminal trespass in the second degree under indictment No. 59513, upon jury verdicts, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed, and the case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
