STATEMENT OF CASE
On February 5, 1985, Sweetapple Plastics, Inc., Plaintiff, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 On June 6, 1985, Plaintiff, as debtor in possession, filed a complaint against Philip Shuman & Sons, Inc., Defendant, asserting that Defendant had received a preferential transfer in the amount of $10,000 which should be avoided. 2 By leave of the Court, Plaintiff amended its complaint.
