MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court following the trial of the issues raised by the Trust ee’s complaint, filed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547, to avoid allegedly preferential transfers made by the debtor to the Defendants. Following the submission of the evidence and the arguments of counsel, the matter was taken under advisement.
