Eric Stitt, a minor, by Debbie Stitt (Eric’s mother), as next of friend, and Debbie Stitt and Craig Stitt (Eric’s father), individually, appeal the summary judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County in favor of Raytown Sports Association, Inc., respondent, on then-separate claims for damages from a brain injury Erie sustained resulting from a near fatal drowning which occurred while he was attending a pool party at the home of a coach of his baseball team.
