This appeal is from a judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court affirming an order of the Arkansas Commerce Commission in denying an application by Robert Torrans, doing business as Commercial Storage & Distribution Co., for authority io transport household and other goods and equipment intrastate. Torrans’ main place of business is located in Texarkana, Arkansas, and he had a Texas permit authorizing intrastate operation in that state.
