The insane patient is John Yoog. He is a native of Norway. He came to this country sometime between 1908 and 1912. He was a laborer by occupation, and engaged in various forms of labor for many different persons in many different localities. He never became a citizen of the United States. He was an unmarried man, and never acquired any visible property of his own. He had no continuous abiding place, but lived temporarily where he worked.
