Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging violations of her rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and also seeking redress under Article I § 11 of the New York State Constitution.
