Snyder, Judge:

This is an appeal from two decrees of the circuit court of Jefferson county pronounced in a general creditors’ suit brought by David Bilmyer in February, 1876, against Oliver Sherman to subject the real estate of the defendant to the payment of all the liens resting upon it. The hill was filed by the plaintiff' “on behalf of himself and all other lien-creditors of the defendant who may become parties and contribute to the payment of costs.” It avers that the real estate of the defendant is encumbered by judgment and trust-liens to an amount exceeding its value, but no one is…
