Appellant is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware, with its principal office at Chicago in the state of Illinois. It appears, also, that there is in Chicago a copartnership doing a mercantile business under the name of Mandel Bros. It appears further that Robert Mandel and Fred L. Mandel, composing the membership of this copartnership, are officers of Mandel Bros., Inc. Henry A. O’Neil, Inc., is a corporation organized under the laws of South Dakota, and Henry A.
