Presently pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, to which Plaintiff has filed a Response. For the reasons discussed herein, Defendant’s Motion is hereby GRANTED in PART and DENIED in PART.

Plaintiff brought this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000h-6, 42 U.S.C. § 1981a, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Tennessee Human Rights Act (“THRA”), Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 4-21-101 to 903, and Tennessee common law, alleging that Defendant discriminated against her on the basis of sex when it terminated her, and…
