¶ 1. We review an unpublished decision of the court of appeals1 affirming the circuit court's2 order dismissing for lack of personal jurisdiction a defendant, the Japan-based Nissan Motor Company (Nissan Japan), from David Rasmussen's (Rasmussen) class-action lawsuit. The issue presented to this court is whether Wisconsin has *5general personal jurisdiction over Nissan Japan.3 Accordingly, we are asked to address whether under Wis.
