This is an appeal in a probate case from the order of the district court of Doniphan County refusing to remove certain real property claimed by Ellsworth and Mary Boldridge from the estate of Walter A. Keimig, deceased.

The appellants contend the district court of Doniphan County, Kansas, erred in sustaining a motion for summary judgment on the ground that a judgment in a quiet title action in the district court of Atchison County, Kansas, was res judicata.
