This was an action by an executor for specific performance of a written contract entered into between the decedent and appellants. Judgment was for the plaintiff. Defendants appeal from the judgment and from an order overruling their demurrer to the evidence.

Appellants’ principal contentions are that since the contract involves questions of title to real and personal property, which must *519be determined in order to administer the decedent’s estate, the district court had no jurisdiction to entertain the action; that authority to bring the action…
