The matter for determination arises from a preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer and, in the alternative, a motion for a more specific complaint. The action is in assumpsit, arising from a first refusal unilateral commitment by defendants to plaintiff for their stock in Stegkamper Motors, Inc. Defendants own 68 percent of the stock of Stegkamper Motors, Inc., an automobile agency in Hempfield Township, Mercer County, Pa.
