KA v. City of Indianapolis
Indiana Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
BAILEY, Judge.
Case Summary
Tat-Yik Jarvis Ka (“Jarvis”) and Amanda Beth Ka (“Amanda”) (collectively, “the Kas”) sued the City of Indianapolis (“the City”) for negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress, trespass, and nuisance after sewage from a City pipe backed up into their home. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the City on all of the Kas’ claims, and they now appeal, raising the single issue of whether the trial court erred by granting the City’s motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
