Plaintiffs seek to recover of E. M. Hightower, receiver of Dixie Development Company, damages, which they allege they have sustained as a result of (1) a breach of a covenant against encumbrances, and (2) a breach of a covenant of general warranty against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, both ‘ said covenants being included in a deed by which Dixie Development Company conveyed the land described therein to plaintiff John W.
