Petitioner, Juanita P. Herrera (claimant), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) which affirmed a hearing officer's order determining that she was ineligible to receive unemployment compensation benefits pursuant to § 8-73-107(8), C.R.8.1999, while she was on summer break from employment with Denver Public Schools (DPS) "between two successive academic years or terms." We affirm.
