In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 18, 1968, *808which denied his motion to compel plaintiff to disclose the names and addresses o£ witnesses to the automobile accident upon which the action is based. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Plaintiff was. allegedly injured when he was struck by defendant’s automobile.
