Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered January 26, 1977 in Schenectady County, which granted plaintiffs’ motion for a protective order vacating defendants’ notice to produce names and addresses of witnesses. This is an action for personal injuries arising from alleged negligence and breach of warranties when plaintiff, Margaret M. Hennessy, tripped and fell on premises owned by defendants.
