This is an appeal from an Order of the Honorable Legare Bates, Judge of the Richland County Court confirming in its entirety the Report of the Master in Equity fo,r Richland County.. Two cases are involved but consolidated for the purpose of appeal.

On April 1, 1959, George W. Thomas, one of the Respondents herein, entered into a contract denominated “Bopd for Title” with J.
