Unified Residential Dev. Co., Inc. (“Unified”) filed a complaint seeking specific performance, or in the alternative, damages, against John Michael Johnson, Athena Danyle Johnson, and John Oliver Johnson (the “sellers”), alleging that they breached two contracts requiring them to sell two parcels of land to Unified. The sellers filed an answer and counterclaim, as well as a motion to dismiss. The parties filed cross-motions for summary judgment.
