Christian M. Aase appeals his bench trial conviction for possession of methamphetamine. He contends that the trial court should have suppressed the evidence because police did not serve the search warrant at *561the “outset” of the search. He also argues that the search warrant was not issued on probable cause. Pro se, Aase claims ineffective assistance of counsel and he makes other claims relating to probable cause and execution of the search warrant; he also asserts that the police continued to question him after he asked for an attorney and that his statements should have been suppressed.…
