OPINION
KIRSCH, Judge.
Fereydoon "Fred" Boushehry was charged with eleven criminal offenses arising out of the killing of two Canada geese.1 He was *1176ultimately convicted of seven of those charges: Criminal Recklessness, a Class B misdemeanor, two counts of Cruelty to an Animal, Class A misdemeanors, two counts of Illegal Taking of Migratory Waterfowl, Class C misdemeanors, and two counts of Ilegal Possession of Migratory Waterfowl, Class C misdemeanors. He was acquitted of the remaining four offenses.
