MEMORANDUM DECISION ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR PARTIAL VACATUR OF DECISION AND ORDER

Roy Fugazy and Fugazy Limousine Ltd., joined by William D. Fugazy, 1 (collectively, the “Defendants”) seek to vacate that portion of a Memorandum Decision, Shimer v.
