Defendants Kofoworola Adegbite and Joseph Obalaja appeal from judgments entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York after a jury trial before Edward R. Korman, Judge, convicting each of them on one count of importation of heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a), 960(a)(1), and 960(b)(2)(A) (1982 & Supp. V 1987), and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1982); and one count of conspiracy to import heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 960(a)(1), 960(b)(2)(A), and 963 (1982 & Supp. Y 1987).
