This is an action in replevin wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover a certain cash register which, it is averred, was delivered to the defendant, Globe Shoe Repair Company, on November 11, 1931, at 27 S. Eighth Street, Philadelphia, Pa., under the terms of an agreement in writing or bailment lease under which the defendant agreed to lease the machine for a term of 21 months, paying a total rental therefor of $320.
