MEMORANDUM ORDER

Remaining for consideration in the above matter is the request for compensation for services allegedly performed by an attorney for the trustee under a deed of assignment who also served as attorney for the grantor corporation. By this Court’s memorandum order hereto fore entered on August 17, 1966, the question presented was stated to be—
