The appellants, and plaintiffs below, James J. Uhlik and Eunice Uhlik (his mother), appeal from a judgment entered in a jury case in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County in favor of the appellee, and defendant below, Adalbert P. Kopec, Jr. The appellants claim that they were erroneously foreclosed from establishing, by an expert witness, the unlawful speed of the defendant’s automobile.
