These two suits were brought in the Circuit Court for Talbot County against J. Norman Marshall and Norman D. Marshall, copartners trading as Marshall’s Express, to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of their driver in parking their motor ’ truck on the highway between Chester and Stevensville in Queen Anne’s County.
