—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Roman, J.), rendered March 14, 2000, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant asserts that the evidence presented at trial was legally insufficient to prove his identity beyond a reasonable doubt. The complainant testified that the defendant was only between 6 and 10 inches away from him and that his view of the defendant was unobstructed and under excellent lighting conditions for between 5 and 10 minutes.
