In this trial there were involved certain equitable issues raised in five .cases, all of which were tried together. In said trial there was but one defendant, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, and five plaintiffs: Wilbur E. Browneller; Hattie E. Kemp; Emma Prine; Henry Prine, guardian of the property of Norma Jean Prine, Joan Beverly Prine, and Robert Henry Prine, minors; and James D. Rodgers.
