This matter comes before the Court on Motion For Summary Judgment Or In The Alternative Partial Summary Judgment filed by Riverside-Franklin Properties, Inc. (“Movant”) in response to a Complaint To Avoid a Fraudulent Transfer filed by James O. Taylor (“Debtor”). Debtor has filed a Cross-motion For Partial Summary Judgment on the complaint.
