Mary A. Segara died, intestate, on the 1st day of January, 1907, and left as her only heir at law one Emma Biggs. On the 1st day of March, 1907, Nora Holliday, by her attorneys, H. J. Gauspohl and B. F. Graziani, filed a suit in the Kenton Circuit Court, against George Glendon, administrator of the decedent, Emma Biggs, and Andy Biggs, her husband, the Permanent Building and Eoan *773Association, and Harbick & Rose.
