|! This appeal arises from the denial of a motion to suppress evidence. We find that the district court properly denied the motion to suppress and affirm as the defendant was properly detained.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The facts of the case sub judice were presented during a pretrial motion hearing. One afternoon, Detective Roccaforte (“Det. Roccaforte”), and his partner, Sergeant Sandoz (“Sgt.
