Charles Roy Bigbie, III (Husband), appeals the judgment of the district court granting a divorce to both Husband and Betty Louise Bigbie (Wife), and distributing marital assets. Husband claims the trial court erred in considering "future acquired property" in the form of future commissions on renewals of insurance policies in its determination of the marital assets…
