In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful death, plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 1977, as denied the branch of her motion which sought leave to sue the Motor Vehicle Accident Indemnification Corporation (MVAIC). Order affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
