Defendant was charged with third-degree fleeing and eluding, MCL 750.479a, resisting and obstructing an officer, MCL 750.479, and driving with a suspended license, MCL 257.904(l)(a). The district court bound defendant over on all the charges; however, the circuit court quashed the information regarding the fleeing and eluding charge, finding insufficient evidence to establish probable cause that defendant had committed the offense.
