Appellee, Isabella Ricard, and her husband, and Antoine Espadron filed a bill in equity in the superior court of Cook county to compel Charles F. Davis, appellant, and Simeon Loudenback to specifically perform a 'contract to convey certain real estate to appellee Isabella Ricard. A decree was entered in favor of appellees, and Charles F. Davis, alone, appeals. A freehold is involved.
