ODOM, Justice.

This is a suit to have annulled and set aside a public sale of certain land in Webster Parish, made by the sheriff under executory process. The plaintiffs are the widow in community and the, heirs of Henry Dixon. The defendant is the Federal Land Bank of New Orleans, the adjudicatee of the property. The sale was-made at public auction and took place on October 21, 1933. This suit was filed on June 20, 1939, or five years and eight ■months after the sale was made.
