EDWARDS, Chief Judge.
Appellant Witherspoon appeals his conviction for receiving and possessing a firearm while a felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(h)(1), 924(a), Appendix § 1202(a)(1) (1976). The only issue presented is whether the trial court failed to comply with Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
